Members include learners, facilitators, parents and L2L who work together in a club like environment where they nurture their learning in an entreprenurial culture with aligned goals through a curriculum that focuses on real life issues and problems.
Graduates of the institution demonstrate their leadership through creation and building of institutions/enterprises. These may be new enterprises and may also be subsidiary enterprises. The academy offers distinctive advantages and features to enable this vision.
